I want to ask, what ways do I have to auto backup around 6 to 8 computers every week and control The backup computer using a different computer. And I could still gain acess to the backup computer outside office.

They all are in the same network

thankyou guys

What you need is a back-up source and a back-up target. If your back-up computer has a bunch of disks that other PCs back-up to, that'll be the target. The other PCs are the source.

Basically, create a shared folder for back-ups on the target and schedule the source machines to back-up to it. Windows has built-in back-up software but you can also use alternatives, like Todo Backup or Syncback.

Remote control depends on which OS the machine is running. If Windows, it needs to be a Pro version to remote into it via the remote desktop protocol, you need to open TCP port 3389 in your router for that. Then just connect to your external IP with the built-in client, mstsc.exe, and you're in. If it's a home version, use Teamviewer. If Linux or macOS, you'll need VNC.
