What GPU? Will you be gaming? If so, What resolution/refresh rate, and what games? Will you be doing something else like photo or video editing or such?

I have a nvidia gtx 1070 ti and just gaming would like 120 solid

You can swap out the case if you want, and add more storage. You can also move up to the Ryzen 7 2700 if you want the extra cores. If you're ok with waiting until late winter, Zen 2 is coming out and should be a good bit better than Zen+, but if you want to build now then the 2600/2700 are good options.
