Just try the other connector.

And see if you really used it the right way.

Guess what. I flipped the rgb cable. And now it works!!!!

thank you all for your help!

So, I basically got a new PC because my old one was kinda bad. And I went AMD, and I decided do buy the AMD Wraith Max cooler for my 1600x. The problem is, when I first connected the cooler to the fan, the rgb sync worked well. Now, when I got it into the case and I connected it into the same CPU LED header, the color blue won’t show up at all and colors cycle only through green, orange and red. Can you help me please? ?

P.S: This is the first PC I’ve built.

Motherboard: Aorus B450 Pro

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X

CPU Cooler: AMD Wraith Max RGB

It does work for me. :(

Maybe because you have it on Harddisc??

You connected the RGB Header the right way??
I really hate that they didn't code the connector...

Yes I did. I connected the RGB Header the right way, because I’ve connected it before when I tested the PC out of the case. I’m gonna try to flip the cable or something. Also the video problem is probably because I’ve posted this from my iPhone.

NO; DO NOT DO THAT!
THE CONNECTOR IS NOT REVERSIBLE!

Just try the other connector.

And see if you really used it the right way.

I don’t have another connector, I only have the CPU_LED header on my motherboard which is specifically for the rgb for the CPU Cooler. And by flipping I meant turning it around. I honestly don’t know what to do. It worked before just fine, it won’t now. ;(
