I'm trying to build a rig that will allow me to use blender and a game engine for developing but, I'm not sure when it comes to choosing components. i.e. compatibility and I know just putting the biggest CPU and GPU doesn't mean you will have the best performance. I have $5,000 to spend. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great thanks.

5000? that's a lot of budget

does it include monitor(s), keyboard, headphones, mouse?

what programms exactly?

Where?

anything it must?

want a custom loop or just an aio or air cooler?

does it have to be silent?

Aesthetics aren't my main focus but if I happen to get some RGB I won't complain.

Programmes, Blender and Maya mostly.

aio cooling is preferred. 

Keyboard, mouse are in my budget but monitor
