Hello there guys, i am building a PC for the first time and this is getting me stressed the F out because in India the pricing is too damn high for everything so i decided that i am going to ask my friend to bring in the gpu from US and then i am going to get the rest of the parts here in India only, So i am thinking of getting this EVGA - GeForce RTX 2070 XC Ultra Gaming 8GB GDDR6,  its costing me about half the price for which i can get any 2070 in india which is good but since i am new to this building the PC, i dont know which motherboard and processor to choose for this so that it can perform well, my main purpose of the build is to game and stream in 1080p at above 90fps. Games like COD BO4, Battlefield 5, PUBG, Fortnite.
So should i choose the rtx 2070 or should i choose 1070 ti, i am getting confused in this area too.

Please help me in choosing this parts, coz i need to order the gpu in 1-2 days so that it can reach my friend in time and he can bring it to me this month only.

With prices being so high there I would recommend getting the GTX 1070 Ti since it will save you more money for other hardware compared to the RTX 2070. I don't think the performance difference between the two would justify spending more for the RTX 2070.

Of course if the RTX 2070 really is double the price there then you could have your friend bring you a couple of them and then sell them for a decent profit and build any PC you want. ;)

if u buy the 1070 ti from India its approximately 50k in INR but if my friend bring the gpu 2070 from US its costing me 45k INR and the pricing for 2070 in India is approx 80k minimum so what do you think i should get choose for, and what about the cpu for it?

You should pick the GTX 1070Ti OR the GTX 1080, depending on the price difference between those two.

And a Ryzen 5 2600X with 3000MHz memory RAM at least!

1080 is only available in mini version while the 1070 ti is available for me around 39k if i buy it from abroad while the card i mention in the original thread is costing me 45k

what are you talking about? FE is 54k on Nvidia official store. You must be getting ripped off from where you mentioned the price. Even RTX 2080 is 8k less than the price of 2070 you're talking. Also, remember FE cards are factory overclocked so stock clocked GPUs from 3rd party sellers should be slightly cheaper.

sry my bad i accidentally put the 2080 price the 2070 is around 60-65k on amazon india, So should i prefer the founder edition over the other manufacturer OC one's?

I'd still go for the GTX 1070 Ti and spend more on other components. Normally I'd recommend a Ryzen CPU for gaming and streaming, but it all depends on the prices there and how much cheaper AMD is than Intel.

will the 1070ti will be a better option for me or the 1080 mini, this particular one

It depends on your case, do you need a smaller form factor video card?
