I've got an NZXT Krake X62 in and NZXT H500i case, with the "smart device."

I'm wanting to swap out the two 140mm fans on the radiator, and both the case fans, (140mm and 120mm) for some unicorn pooping RGB fans.  At one point in time I thought the NZXT AER RGB fans looked pretty cool.  They've got the little ring around the fan, that'll probably match the ring on the AIO pump of the Kraken as well.  BUT THEN, I saw the Corsair fans and my goodness, those fans looks rad.  I know if I get the Corsair fans, I'll have to get their little fan/rgb device as well, and I'm okay with that.  Since I'll probably be happy with either one, and the fans themselves are pretty similar in price, I figured I'd just base my decision on performance and noise level.

Anyone have experience with either of these fans?  Does it matter that they don't seem to make a Air Flow vs Static Pressure variant of them?

I have both, and for the sake of organization you should go with the NZXT fans. Performance is pretty much identical between the two (used both as case fans and radiator fans), but the NZXT AER can get ever so slightly louder. It'll pretty much go down to whichever one you think you looks best and how good you are at cleaning up a rat's nest of cables.

Thanks for the input!  I'd say I'm pretty solid in the cable management world. haha.

I did buy the H500i for the purpose of having the RGB controller in it, so I think I'll just go with the NZXT fans.  The fans that came in it are pretty good and are fairly quiet, so it should be cool.
