OK to run 3x120 exhaust and 2x140 intake?

Do that and add another 120mm in the bottom as intake. Then you'll be slightly positive for sure.
Technically, the area of the fans makes your current setup slightly negative, but I think the resistance of the radiator impedes those 2 exhaust fans enough to reduce their flow to make the system more balanced.
But since the radiator fans may spin independently of the other non-rad fans... I'd add the 3rd intake to be safe.
Edit: Not sure if you changed it or were mistaken, but the r6 comes with a rear 140mm fan not 120mm. Order another 140mm from Fractal and and bottom intake it, yes.
