On many larger gpus sag kinda can't be avoided. 

It's normally nothing to actually worry about besides it not looking great, but you can add something underneath it to support it if you have a psu shroud. 

 

I used a red jenga block previously and now use a piece of hardline tubing

Sag is normal

 

1. Did you lock the I/O shield of the graphics card to the bracket of the case with a screw?

 

2. You could use a cane or a stick or anything tall enough to support the graphics card from below.

GPU sag will be a thing when GPUs are nearly 12" long, with 2+ pounds of metal on it.

You can get some kind of GPU support brace, or use a bit of clear fishing line, to help hold the GPU up.
