Nvidia GPU audio issues

Hi i have a Nvidia GTX 1050 TI GPU and i just got it the other day and i have been having to luck for the past 48 hour my GPU is having audio issues From all of the HDMI ports it is 

making crackling noises and everything through the speakers whenever I launch a game Google or anything i have update the drivers several times to clean installations of the drivers downgrade to older drivers and nothing works

crackling noises is  going through my monitor speakers and my headset and anything that involves audio and after 48 hours I don't know what else to do to fix it and so far nothing on YouTube it's pointing me in the direction that I need to go to

so far I have called and emailed Nvidia and Asus if they can help me and so far they're not helping with the situation I just wanted to see if anybody here can helper or can

suggest anything and I'm not that good with computers so bear that in mind

Nvidia GTX 1050 TI GPU

Intel i5 first gen CPU 

8 gigs of DDR3 RAM

Intel gaming motherboard

Corsair 430 watt power supply

Windows 10 home
