Hey All,

I'm doing my first computer build and was wondering if anyone could give any advice for my build. Specifically, I was wondering if the Kraken X72 360 rad would fit mounted to the front of the Define R6 if there is a 5.25" drive installed in the top bay. I tried searching and checking for clearance, but it's unclear to me if it will fit or not with the drive installed. Just from measuring it out based on specs I see online, I don't think it will. If it doesn't, it shouldn't be a problem for me to go down to the X62 280 rad seeing as I'll be running a slightly overclocked i7-8700k.

Any advice? Thanks!

Front won't fit a 360mm with the drive bay. When i had an 8086k at 5.3ghz in mine i was using a 360mm on top and a 140mm on the back (for cpu and gpu) but to be honest i think only the 360 would have been enough.

Now with the 9900k in there i swapped to only a 420mm in the top and everything is fine.
