Weird Shadow artifacts in GTA

Hey people,

 

A few months ago i was playing GTA Online and noticed i had some artifacts appearing around my Buzzard shadow on certain surfaces.  I didn't think much of it but turned my OC off just in case and this didn't solve it so i put it to the back of my mind.  Anyways today I was playing and i've noticed it some more on other things too

 

That's the best picture I've got at the minute I'll get a video of it soon.  Like i said I've turned the GPU and CPU overclocks off and it's not solved it.  Any thoughts?  This is the only game it does it in

 With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!

Artifacting around the car itself? I don't really see any, shadow looks normal to my eyes.

Yeah, sorry i might not have explained it right.  The artefacts look like shadows you can seethem on the cars roof and boot.  there are also dark shadow coloured blocks over by the oil pump on the sand.  It mainly happens on sand and a little on some types of grass too.

 

I should have also said that i'm running an Armor GTX 1070 OC and driver version 416.34

 With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!

Oohhhh... I see them now. Have you tried messing with the shadow options and such to see if it's the game derping out on certain settings? Don't actually play GTA V so I can't test, but I assume you can at least swap between low/meg/high/ultra and such.

I'll give it a go and report back.  It started happening after the after hours update.  I'm hoping other people are having the issue but didn't find anything on it when it first started to happen
