Asus M5A99FX Thoughts?

Does anyone have the Asus M5A99FX, if so whats your experience with it been. Planning on using it with an FX-8320.

CPU: i5 4670k / Cooler: Corsiar H100i / RAM: 2x4gb Corsair Vengeance Pro 1600mhz / Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 GAMING / GPU: Asus r9 290 DirectCUii / Case: Define r4 / Storage: 128gb Samsung 840 EVO & 2tb Seagate barricuda / PSU: Corsair RM750

Im currently using the M5A99X evo r2.0 and it functions as expected.... Again with motherboards performance differences are negligible 

so really what your buying for is reliability, sockets needed and features. Although you might wana think about the sabretooth. Its only a little more

and you get that 5 year warranty.
