Threadripper Thermal Paste?

Hi All,

 

What's the best thermal paste for the threadripper? I was looking at getting some thermal grizzly but wanted to know other opinions. 

 

Also, could I put liquid metal right on to the threadripper and put the cooler on top? Is liquid metal any better than thermal paste and would that work? Thanks.

Liquid metal is plenty good but can easily cause disaster if you're not careful. Being metal, if it drips on the motherboard, it can cause problems. Kryonaut is plenty good.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Kryonaut is the best non liquid metal compound out there with some very very close competition to others. All high end pastes are within 1-2c of each other so you really cant go wrong with most out there. But as said, probably best to avoid liquid metal.
