According to the manual, it should only have nine pins. But considering an eBay posting has the motherboard with 10 pins, I'm going to claim this is a hallmark of ECS quality.
In any case, see if the top-left pin (from the picture's point of view) has a PCB trace at all going to or from it. If it doesn't, snap it off. Now you have a 9-pin USB header. One of the pins in a USB header literally is for keying the header, so you shouldn't lose functionality.
