Plex or Jellyfin I have just swich over from plex to Jellyfinx (which is an open source alternative) as it has lots of the premium features for free. But is is worth you looking into both of these yourself and investigating which would be best for you.

i get one beep with the r9 280 and it says in the manual VGA detected with the GTX 275 i get one beep and three short ones which is no VGA detected however i get nothing displayed on the monitor with either card.

tried using two different 8gb sticks in all four slots

The only GPUs i have are the GTX 275 that i get one beep and three beeps from and the r9 280

just tried both cards in second pci slot still not booting
