Firefox won't update saved passwords

Whenever i change a password on a site, i get the notification to save the new password, and i'll click save, but it never updates and keeps using the old password which doesn't work. Any idea what could be causing this?

I would try removing all your cookies.  Then go to your site login and save password and it should work.
