Windows 10 stuck for few seconds randomly

Recently my pc start to stuck randomly for few seconds (10-20 seconds), I haven't installed something new except for Windows update and NVIDIA drivers.

How can I check what cause for this? tried to look at Windows logs but could not find anything.

I'm running Windows 10 64BIT version 1803 build 17134.285

whats the hardware used?

Ryzen 7 2700x, 32GB RAM @2400 (waiting for the new RAM to arrive), GTX 1080, Windows install on ssd

try using it in safemode. if the problem still occurs, then its possibly a hardware issue. if it doesnt then a software issue. you can also try doing a clean boot and checking
