Price to expect? Monitor with criteria:

DVA

Hi guys! I just want to know what prices to expect to see when looking for a monitor with these criteria. If possible I'll take the expected price drop for Black Friday/cyber Monday or normal full price.

The screen will be used for FPS games, MMO's, and movies/shows for the most part. I will be doing photo and video editing, but I don't do it too often so I think I'm leaning more towards G-Sync.

Any suggested links are always appreciated.

Also!!! If anyone has a suggestion for a side monitor, one to be used casually for youtube, netflix, twitch and so on.

75-144 hz

1-5 ms

G-Sync or IPS, not sure which one yet.

24-27 in screen

Matte rather than glossy screen.

minimum 1440p

I don't care about built in speakers or anything.

I was going back and forth between the thought because of the video and photo editing and IPS would be great to have for color realism and accuracy. However I do play a lot of games on the weekend and I don't edit so much these days so considering the G-Sync for no stuttering/tears.

Pcpartpicker filtered lists by criteria. Results change as price and availability changes;

24-27", 1440p and up, 75Hz and up, 1-5ms response, IPS

24-27", 1440p and up, 75Hz and up, 1-5ms response, Gsync

24-27", 1440p and up, 75Hz and up, 1-5ms response, IPS, Gsync

How much will prices drop during <insert> sale? Don't know.

No crystal ball or delorean

heh, thanks. I figured a price drop would be guestimated by prior years and prices.
