onboard graphics reserving RAM memory

I am using AMD Ryzen 3 2200G , with 8GB RAM and GTX 1050Ti on Asus Ex 320 Gaming motherboard. I found in task manager that Hardware reserves 1.1GB of memory from RAM.Untitled1.jpg.abf4e1d5c4cfa18d00f21c11a284ee2f.jpg

After going through various forum i came to know that "hardware reserved" memory is for peripherals, since AMD Ryzen 3 2200G has a onboard vega 8 graphics , it was taking up some portion of RAM. So I went into the BIOS Setting to Disable my onboard graphics card, but it was already disabled(below image).

SO what I did was I Enabled(please refer below image) the IGFX multimonitor then set the (2nd option) PRimary Video Device to PCIE video(which is my dedicated Graphics card) and set the UMA buffer size to 64 Mb (which was the least available in drop down option listed)  , then surprisingly i found in the task manager the Hardware reserved came down to 132Mb

After seeing this I again went into BIOS and Disable my IGFX multimonitor option and then set the Primary Video device to PCI-e video,  when i restarted i found that Hardware reserved is still 132 Mb( i expected it to be 0).

Since i have a dedicated GPU i don't want to use my on board graphics and i badly want to utilize my full 8gb of ram, so please help me out with your expertise.

Hardware reserved is still 132 Mb

Are you kidding me? You're bent up about 132 MB when you have 8GB to play with?

yeah even I was happy when i saw that Hardware reserved memory has been reduced from 1.1GB to 130 Mb but still for the new games like Forza Horizon 4 it takes up nearly 5-6 GB of ram when kept in the medium settings in such scenarios even this 132Mb is going to matter a lot, since at the present i can't get a new 8GB or 4GB RAM to pair with the already existing 8GB, so it would so much helpful if could get full 8GB to utilized only for OS(windows 10) and Games.

No, it's not. at all. An extra 128 MB is not going to make a pinch of difference if you're already that far into the usable RAM space. Your problem is that you are under spec'd for the use case.
