Is streaming with this worth it?

So I've got an hp pavilion dv7-6135dx laptop and a custom pc with an fx-8150, 16gb of ddr3 and an r9 270 that I record and stream from. Now my question is that I've seen a bunch of people saying how it's much better to have a computer you game on and one to encode and send it to the stream and stuff, but would it be worth it to do it with my setup? Also, would it help with wifi stuff? cuz with my pc wifi, I lag in rainbow six siege while streaming.

Probably. The FX probably struggles a fair bit to keep up with gaming and streaming at the same time, a streaming machine could take some of the load off.

As Linus said in a TechQuickie video(that I can't find again for some reason), you don't need terribly good hardware for a streaming machine.
