Bit of a weird one mouse and screen

Hi all I just got 2nd monitor so now have them top and bottom but have to go side wards to go up is there a way just to go up thanks

Go to Display Settings click Identify then drag the second monitor over the first one.

Yes a see this but it’s side by side I have one above the other not side by side

Yea you literally drag that monitor on top of the other. So say for example, monitor two is the one that should be above, just drag the one that says 2 and place it above monitor 1 in Display Settings then click apply.
