AIDA64 Hardware Failure Detected i7 7700k

Hello, I have the problem that when I do a test on AIDA64 my CPU reaches 100% and seconds later it tells me Hardware Failure Detected and stops testing. Someone help me? (I have a 7700k i7, gigabyte z270 gaming k3, evga gt 1080 sc2)

My OC Stting:

4.2Ghz Turbo boost off

1.200V

I had to download the Ghz because I had to fix my PC and when I arrived I saw that they had done it at 4.5Ghz and 1.300v and I do not have liquid refrigeration so I had to go down to 4.2Ghz and 1.200V, because I do not know what the V original

the vcore you're using is too low for that freq

HW Failure error could also be due to the CPU reaching the tjmax, what are your temps while stressing? core temps shouldn't go over 95°C

Each chip is different. You need to keep testing and upping voltage until you don't get errors anymore.
