Can my CPU i7-2600 3.4ghz bottleneck a gtx 1050 or amd rx 460 or 450 or 1030.? I need your help!!!

CPU's bottleneck refresh rate

GPUs bottleneck resolution/quality settings

 

Your CPU is fine for 60hz gaming

 

Are there no good used GPU deals in your area?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

But if a used 970/290 is around the same price it's going to be a faster GPU

But it won't be as fast for the same amount of money, especially if you were to find say a cheap 980/ti or 390X
