Hello I was wondering if anyone has any idea if I understand this product correctly:

 

PCIe x16 Gen 3 Host to Target Kit

Does this enable direct PCIe 3.0 communication between two computers?
If not does a product like this exists?

 

I am asking because that would make for a very fast and cheap A to B connection.
