Just fixed it. Turns out if you hold the power button for ten seconds in auto adjusts.

I unplugged my second screen to try it in a a vertical orientation. I changed my mind before plugging it in again. So I put my monitor back horrizontly again, plugged it in and now the picture is shifted to the right. I've tried everything but it wont go right again. Also it has no buttons for menus on it.

usually in monitor settings, directly from monitor controls you are able to adjust this.

There are no controls on the monitor. Just a power button.

It's a Samsung SyncMaster SA10
