Geforce GTX 970 (driver version 375.95)

Im trying to play games like rust and CSGO. On rust, even on the lowest setting im only geting 7 fps. Same thing with csgo. Does anyone know what the problem is or how I can fix it.

Alright, not much to go on here so lets start with the basics.

  1. Is this a new setup or did this issue just randomly start?
  2. Is your HDMI plugged into the graphics card or the motherboard's HDMI out?
  3. Have you messed with any setting in the nvidia control panel or gforce experience software?
  4. Is the FPS low from the start or does it drop the longer you play?
  5. Do you have any monitoring software such as MSI Afterburner and could you give us some temp stats?
  6. What resolution monitor are u running/what resolution are you trying to play the game at?

5. I do not have any monitoring software. Here are some temps. Cpu says 73 f and Motherboard says 69 f

6. 1920 x 1080 (i think thats what youre asking, sorry im new to this)
