Best Mario (or DS games)

Hey,

 

So I just bought a 2DS, because it was only 70$, so why not.

 

Im looking form some suggestions of some good 3D Mario kinda games, not sure the are the better of the bunch, or just some good classic DS/3DS games,   

 

*Its sad to say but ive only played Pokemon on the DS*
