Good mechanical keyboard for Mac and pc

Looked for all the higher end Corsair k95 Logitech g910, etc. Then thought what if all the fancy rgb does not work in a Mac, that would be a waste of money. I need a good mech kybd with some kind of lights to use in the dark. Prefer not to go for blue switches.
