New user saying hi!

Hi!

I've been following the channel for a little over a year or so and thought that it finally was time to create an account and see what all the fuzz is about over this forum.
I would say that my knowledge of computers is quite high but I'm worried this forum might pop that bubble.. :P Hope you all play nice! 

I'm also thinking about asking around on the Server & NAS forum for my first server build. I would really like a nice Linux server that could act as a NAS and game server for me and my friends.
Any suggestions before making such a post?
