Asus Zenbook UX430UQ fan noise: issue?

I recently bought an Asus Zenbook UX430UQ, and have noticed that at even just idle, the fan seems to sound like I am heavily tasking the CPU. In reality, I am only running one application (Google Chrome, 1 tab) and CPU usage (according to Task Manager) is at 2%. Is there a problem with the laptop or is it just how it runs?

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

Download a program called Notebook FanControl and set the profile to the Zenbook 360 (or something like that) and the fan should behave normally.

 

Also, if you haven't yet, update the BIOS to the latest version. It helped quiet the fan (though it still turned on) in my case.
