Weird "bug / glitch" with icons.

Alright so hello everyone! I'm facing an "issuse" on my PC. When I make my icons bigger or smaller they completley change position. It's a little bit hard to explain so I've uploaded a video of it.

ok.... so why change your icon size

also why so much random stuff on your desktop who puts videos on a desktop are u actually watching that much and text files and pictures

 

thats the most memetastic desktop i have ever seen

That is not a bug, that is something windows calls a feature ... Jk, but yes. Yes, my PC does this aswell my laptop too and my PC before that one did aswell.
This is a Windows bug and will probably never be fixed but works on Mac for ages (my guess, idk).
