Its either remains of some bloatware you have uninstalled. Or some software you installed and have since uninstalled. Aimersoft makes DVD/CD burning/ripping software.

Hi. i just wanna ask what is this app ? 

shall i uninstall it ? i don't know anything about it i did not  even download it, idk where its come from
