help with router settings.

I have old dir501 dlink router. It is fairly good, but I have new issue. When I open portal and watch full HD movies, like 1080p. The video pulls all my connection and I get disconnected from teamspeak, skype and other programms. It didn't behave like that before... It was working like charm, with laptop on other side it doesn't even rise my ping ingames or anything. But now this happes... Which settings I need to tweak to get it working.
