Selling current PC to upgrade, help on the best way?

Ok so this PC I bought 3 years ago as my first build, I didn't get the best build I could have as I was kinda stupid but oh well, I'm now gonna try and sell it but I don't know the best way to get as much money as possible back out of the build.

Specs are:

So I'm thinking of maybe selling the graphics card separately and keeping the SSD and hard drive and put in an old 128GB Seagate drive I have lying around and sell the build as an office pc or htpc. I can't really sell the build as a "gaming pc" because it doesn't perform great in most games without using lowest graphics settings so I think this will be a good idea but I don't really know. Help or any input at all would be greatly appreciated :D

PS: I'm selling in Ireland

If you sell the components on ebay you may get close to $300
