HELP! SLI configuration greyed out

Hi Everyone!

I used to run my PC on 2x Zotac 970 SLI. Then one day one of the cards stopped working and I had it sent back for RMA. Today, I just got the replacement card and now the SLI option in NVIDIA control panel is greyed out. I have already tried using a different SLI bridge. I would also like to note that my system recognizes the 2 cards.

I am attaching a GPUZ screenshot of both cards.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Carlos

have you tried using just one monitor for the setup, enable the SLI and then reconnect the monitors?

Yes I've already tried that and still the same.

So I've been reading up old threads in the internet and a lot are having problems SLI-ing two zotacs if the SKU's are different. Here's a picture of the SKU's of my cards. I used to use the bottom 2 as SLI. But once the middle card broke, I'm now trying to use the top and bottom cards (middle RMA'd as the top).
