You don't need paste, cooler has some preapplied. Leave fans for now. Since you are going with budget and lower end stuff, rig won't generate that much heat. You can add fans later if you feel the need. Check how temps are under heavy load and after longer gaming sessions (2+h).

Tons more better than your build and you can get a key from Kingwin for cheap and it's a lot more better than your build and it has a theme

I already ordered half of the parts so this info is useless please answer the question that was asked next time.
