650 GBP OC'd 2500k, Seidon 240, 16GB DDR3, R9 390 vs 680 GBP 4770s, TX3, 8GB DDR3, GTX 970 vs 710 GBP Ryzen 5 1400 Wraith Stealth, RX 570 4GB Pulse ITX, 8GB DDR4

I had a bunch of PC Part picker builds not being used, so I thought I'd ask you guys which one survives. Winner is based on Price to performance. I also just through in a new system just for a reference point.

Do not go with 1400, get a 1600 with a GTX970 but do compare to the RX

From what you posted, Ryzen. However do whatever you can to get the 1600.
