Galaxy s5 Conserve your battery by tasking these steps

My S5 has this weird popup at 25% battery life that says:

Battery level at 25% conserve your battery by taking these steps.

it started poping up yesterday and it wont go away practically bricking my phone.

how can i remove that stupid thing?

 

btw google doesnt help

My s6 has started doing it this past week or so its so annoying but its a software issue apparantly

i just uninstalled peel remote and it went away.

A few days ago, I had set my phone's alarm and when the damn thing started buzzing I just couldn't turn it off because this Peel Remote's shit was blocking it somehow. I had to remove the battery!!
