Problems with tv aspecdt ratio

I have a core 2 quad q6600 and a rx470, on a 1080p tv for a screen but the resolution is stuck at 1366x768. i installed the crimson driver and nothing has changed. pls help

and in device manager its showing windows basic display adapter not the rx470

What display connector are you using?

Almost breaking sig rules 1.0
