Second screen freeze

So i just hooked up my secondary screen with my IGPU, and while i was playing, the screen turned black, with white like it was still powered, and my PC freezes, but my graphical tablet still getting inputs. Help? idk if it will happen again.

 

IPGU: radreon r7 from the a8 7650k with 1gb

GPU: gtx 745 OEM

now the computer suddenly turned off

also I have had this happen to me in some cases while using 2 display ports on a monitor forgot how i fixed that let me check my notes and get back to you on that

It was a resolution issue between an HDMI and Display port that caused a computer to blue screen once I set a resolution both had in common it did not happen again

Monitor1: acer al1916w 1440x900 vga from IGPU

Monitor 2 (main): benq gw2270 1920x1080 vga from gtx 745 oem (dvi-i to vga)

Ram: Crucial Ballistix 8gb ddr3 1866 (only 1)

CPU: a8 7650k 3.8 ghz no turbo

mobo: Gigabyte GA f2a88xm-d3hp

PSU: Corsair vs450

 

EDIT: it only happens while playing with a DX game
