usb usb with operating system and normal space

how can I get an operating and normal space (windows 10 normal space) on one USB stick?

wy you might ask I like haveing an usb stick with an operating with me all the time.

You mean like this?

You just want to install Windows 10 onto a USB stick? or do you want Windows AND the ability to use it as a normal flash drive?

I don't know Ubuntu very well, but I'd imagine its a very similar process. I would google "Ubuntu bootable flash drive" you should get lots of results. Read through the instructions and see if it makes sense to you. Also look for "partitions" if you can set up partitions you should be able to set up your Ubuntu partition as well as your files partition.
