AOC G2460PF on Ubuntu 16.04?

Dear linustechtips forum.

 

I can't find any drivers for my AOC G2460PF on Ubuntu.

The display works, but it won't enable the 144hz refresh rate and freesync!

Can anyone help me in this topic?
