Need help finding a electric bike

I would like a E bike, I need's to be a good all around bike and I would like it to be on the lighter side I have a max budget of 2000 USD. The main bike I am looking at is the rad power rad city, but I would like to see if there is anything better out there.

$2k usd you will have a rad cool ebike if you do it yourself.

 

Just buy a kit and slap it on any bike you want.

I know that it's a quite old thread, but still, the fact that people can't google makes me feels bad. There are tons of information about good electric bikes around $1000 that are even cheaper than you think you need to spend. Costliness doesn't make those bikes better!
