Did a case swap, pc won't post anymore

I just moved my pc to a new case which meant unplugging every cable, and after a bunch of cable management, plugging it all back in. My problem is, the green light is on on my mobo, and I'm pretty sure I plugged all the power button connectors in right, but the power button won't turn my pc on. Sometimes the power button led will flash when pressed.

Double check that the 24 pin and 4/8 pin is firmly seated. Made that mistake myself.

Did you power it on when the standoffs were not there?
