Is Apacer a good ram brand?

partal

I cant find ram matching my current model (i have 4gb atm) ,KVR1333D3N9/4G model number wich is a DDR3 1333Mhz , so i saw a apacer ddr3 1333 8gb stick , are they a good company or not? And does it matter if the ram model is listed on the motherboard ram support site ?

Apacer has been in the DRAM business for over two decades, they're pretty reliable, just not one of the well known brands in the West.

Supported RAM lists are just what the motherboard manufacturer has tested. It's pretty much impossible for them to test every single RAM module out there. Basically, it doesn't mean it won't work if it's not on the list, it just means the manufacturer did not test that particular module.

They're decent. Apacer is one of those brands you would often see inside OEM systems along with Hynix, etc.
