I know what you're thinking, "Why don't you go on rockstar's website?" because they never respond and its honestly the worst support system i've ever used its better off not existing at all. Most of my friends play GTA on the Xbox but I play on Pc. I want to transfer over to Xbox one but still be able to play on the same character with the same money, level, etc while still being able to play gta v on the PC when I want to. Is this possible?

Not possible.

You can transfer from PS3/360 to Xbone/PS4 and PS4/Xbone to PC but not the other way around
