What temp does your GPU get with Unigine valley or heaven benchmark? Is it going over 80°?

Have you overclocked it at all? If not, you could also try using something like MSI Afterburner to lower the clock speed by 50-100 mhz.

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:

Do this:

And make sure you do it by hitting the quote button at the bottom left of my post, and not the one inside the editor!

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

Maybe your PSU is bad, making the GPU unstable.

I had this problem, my 750ti would crash if I opened a game, but if a underclocked it, the game would work for a few seconds/minutes.

Check the voltages on the BIOS, see if the 12V rail is really 12V and not 11.5V, for example.

Ultra is stupid. ALWAYS.
