Could get away with a 500w or 600w for this build, 850 is way ott

You might as well go for the latest Kaby Lake cpu if you are spending that kind of money. Some nice looking boards with the Z270 chipset as well.

if spending that kind of money I would def recommend going to x99 and a true enthusiast chip...
