Bind Keys to Mouse Movement [FFX III Lightning Retruns]

The PC Port lacks the simple feature such as moving the camera with the mouse. However, it is possible to move the camera with ijkl, I was wondering if I could some how bind those keys to mouse moving up, down, left, right the combination of two sides for diagonal shift.
