PC Racing Wheel Software

Are there any kinds of software to ease setting up a racing wheel for Windows?

 

With this I mean ones where you could set the pedals as inverted or centered.

        I haven't been able to find any, and since 1 pedal shows it's inverted I need something to switch it around.

        Already looked all over the internet and this is the last place I will ask.

(in case you are wondering) I have A Microsoft SideWinder Force Feedback(a VERY old racing wheel.)

Umm there is a program I know.... Quote me so I remember once I get home which won't be until late tonight.

Actually, I already found a few(like vJoy, UJR etc.) But still the game i'm trying on is only taking raw input. Is there anything which would force the vInput to be a Rawinput instead?
